Project Description
This drainage upgrade covered two distinct working environments: a standard road reserve, and
a drainage easement with restricted access running through private properties.
City of Monash engaged APS Civil for the full upgrade, which meant coordinating with private
property owners for easement access during construction.
APS Civil installed 285 lineal metres of 450mm RCP pipe and 30 lineal metres of 300mm RCP,
constructed multiple pits at depth across both sections, and reinstated the road, nature strip
and affected private properties
