About APS

Specialists in Local Government since 2011

For 15 years, APS has worked almost exclusively with local government across South East Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula and Gippsland.

That focus is deliberate. An experienced team with high standards, specialised contractors, owned plant and management systems, all aligned to local government project delivery.

We hold annual supply agreements with councils across the region, and most of our work is repeat work. Our 25 strong, multi-skilled team delivers concrete, civil, drainage and open space works, from kerb and channel through to stormwater, road safety platforms and parkland upgrades.

Our crews manage projects end to end, with proactive communication, programme discipline and the quality councils expect. That means less time chasing updates, fewer surprises at handover, and more capacity for the rest of the portfolio.
