Project Overview
A roundabout upgrade for Cardinia Shire Council at Livingstone Boulevard, Pakenham, covering upgrades to the existing drainage pits and pipe, new kerb and channel, and new pram crossings and footpath. The works lifted both the drainage and the pedestrian access around the roundabout, completed inside a tight ten day window.

Challenges
A tight ten day window, run over the school holiday period so the works could detour around the surrounding businesses with the least disruption. Getting the full scope done to that timeline, while keeping traffic and trade moving, was the main thing to manage on site.
Outcome
Safer roads and better pedestrian access for the Pakenham community, with upgraded drainage and new crossings and footpath finished on a tight schedule.
